💅 Polish​

• phpMyAdmin willl now use socket instead of TCP for connecting to MySQL/MariaDB containers.
• 'Demo Mode' page is no longer shown in HiTechAdmin sidebar.
• Error is logged on too many failed logins if CSF is not instaleld and HiTechCloud failed to temporary block the IP address.
• Redesign of the Dashboard widgets.
• User can now select desired code editor when editing files: Monaco (default), Ace, CodeMirror or Plain Text.
• /php/limits and /php/extensions pages are removed.
• Status shown on the services page now displays the exact Docker status (Created, Up, Up (Paused), Up (Restarting), Up (Healthy), Up (Unhealthy), Exited, Restarting, Removing, Dead).
• Refactored pages: redis, memcached, opensearch, elasticsearch, varnish, services.
