Mail Trust

Mail Trust (/emails/trust) answers one question: is your account's mail arriving, and if it is not, what is stopping it.

The page is honest about where each signal comes from:

• Counted from this server's own logs — volume, bounce rate, sending pattern, and the spam verdicts rspamd wrote while scanning your outgoing mail.
• Established by asking — authentication, by comparing each domain's live SPF, DKIM and DMARC against what this server signs with (the same check the Email Deliverability page runs); and the public blocklists, for this server's sending address and for your domains.
• Not measured — complaint rate needs a feedback loop the server operator has to be enrolled in, and engagement happens in the recipient's mail client where no mail server can see it. Both appear on the page named as not measured, with what would have to be set up to measure them. Neither is estimated from something else.

Under content the page shows which of rspamd's rules fired on your mail and what each added — a report of the judgement that already decides what happens to the message, not a second opinion.

You see only mail whose envelope sender is in a domain you own. That is narrower than the Mail Log page on purpose: this page is about your sending reputation, and mail to your domains belongs to whoever sent it.
