Get Started with HiTechAdmin

The HiTechAdmin offers an administrator-level interface where you can efficiently handle tasks such as creating and managing users, setting up hosting plans, enabling features, and editing HiTechCloud settings.

Enterprise only

HiTechAdmin is part of the Enterprise edition. On a Community server port 2087 is closed — it answers one page saying so, and nothing else: no dashboard, no login form, no API. Community runs entirely from the hosting panel on port 2083, which is also where a licence key is entered. See Community and Enterprise.

Requirements

  • A fresh virtual machine or bare-metal server with an amd64 (x86_64) or arm64 (aarch64) CPU and a public IPv4 address.
  • Ubuntu 22.04, 24.04 or 26.04, Debian 11, 12 or 13, or AlmaLinux, Rocky, RHEL or Oracle Linux 8 and above.
  • From 2 GB of memory for websites only, 4 GB with mail scanning, 8 GB for everything the installer offers.

The details, including what differs on AlmaLinux and RHEL 10 and which ports to open in a firewall in front of the server, are in System requirements.
