How licence expiration affects HiTechCloud

An expired licence falls back to the Community edition. Nothing you host stops: websites, mailboxes, DNS and databases carry on exactly as before, and the hosting panel on port 2083 keeps working.

What goes is the multi-tenant half. The admin panel on port 2087 closes and answers a single page explaining that this port is part of Enterprise, and the Enterprise-only features are no longer offered in the hosting panel. The Community limits — 3 hosting accounts and 50 domains — apply again to anything you create from then on.

The edition is decided from the key on the machine, not by asking the licensing server. A vendor outage or a firewall between your server and licensing.hitechcloud.vn never changes the edition.

To go back to Enterprise, add a current key under Activate Enterprise in the hosting panel on port 2083, or run hitechcloudcli license <key>. The admin panel starts answering again on the next click — there is no reinstall.

To remove the key entirely, see Downgrade License.

Our goal is not to lock you into using the panel or increase prices year after year. We provide the Community edition so you can familiarise yourself with the stack.

You can also start a 30-day trial to access premium features.

Finally, we offer a fixed pricing guarantee, so your subscription remains stable at €14.95/month or €149.50/year.
